Rooftop Solar for Villa

How Solar Works for Your Villa

Villas often have sloped roofs, pergolas and design details that a standard installation would spoil. Bhanu plans the panel layout around your architecture, runs cabling neatly, and can use high-efficiency panels to get more power from less roof.

Villas in gated communities may also need association approval — we provide the drawings and documents for it.

Typical system size

5 – 15 kW

Pools, central AC and EV charging push villa consumption up.

What we check

  • Roof type — flat, sloped tile or pergola
  • Society / association approval in gated communities
  • Pool pumps, central AC and EV charging in the load estimate
  • On-grid vs. hybrid with batteries

FAQ

Solar for Villa: Questions

Can solar be installed on a sloped villa roof?

Yes. Panels can be mounted flush on tiled or sloped roofs with suitable hooks and rails, or on a solar pergola if you prefer to keep the roof clear.

Do I need society approval to install solar on my villa?

In many gated communities you do. Bhanu provides the layout drawings and technical documents the association usually asks for.

Can a villa get the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?

Yes, if it is a residential property with an electricity connection in your name and you use DCR panels through a registered vendor. The subsidy is up to ₹78,000.
